Sweet victory!
All smiles after line 3 doubles cruised to a W and with it Staples Girl’s Tennis beats Darien 4-3 to remain undefeated (overall record 12-0)! This is the team’s 51st consecutive HOME win. Next up is Brien McMahon (AWAY today).
Darien match tomorrow… Staples remains undefeated after downing Ridgefield 7-0!
The Wreckers improved to 11-0 with a 7-0 win over Ridgefield today. The team faces Darien tomorrow 4/30 at 4pm at HOME. Come watch the last remaining undefeated teams in the FCIAC face off!

The Wreckers improved to 10-0 with a win over Stamford yesterday, with a celebration to honor SENIORS Luiza Cocito, Kai Dasbach and Lily Smith before and after the match! The match against Brien McMahon scheduled for today was postponed to Wednesday, 5/2 due to rain.

Staples defeats Greenwich 7-0
The 7-0 result doesn’t fully reflect the intensity of the meeting by two strong FCIAC teams and the hard fought victory by Staples. Four of the seven matches were decided by a third set, including lines 2-4 Singles and line 2 Doubles. Standout performance by Freshman Amelia Galin at line 2 Singles, who came from a set down to grind out a strong win behind outstanding shotmaking! For full results and scores, visit www.fciac.net.
