Spotted huddling under a bench in Trumbull, it’s the Staples Girls Varsity Tennis Team. The bus may not have showed up on time, the wind may be blowing hard and they may have felt crushed together in the car. But that won’t stop them from crushing a wave of opponents coming their way tomorrow. Was it only a year ago that they won the state? Time will only tell. Look for me in the stands. xoxo

The Staples girls tennis team had an impressive season opener with 7-0 win over Ridgefield yesterday. The captains and Karenna also made an impressive TikTok video in the Parking lot. We had a great time traveling on our bougie bus singing at the top of our lungs and getting home in time for a late dinner. Looking forward to continuing our streak today at Staples High school against New Canaan. 4 pm. Join us.
